These pant do have some stretch which you cant tell from the look. Their jeans but have weird shine to them - I would dress these up with heels or boots. I ordered a 7 (based on reviews) and they fit really nice. I'm 5 ft 5 inches, weight is 153/155 (on any given day), hips - 40, waist 28/29 and I workout so I have athletic body type. I usually purchase medium or size 7/9 in pants
