Barely get over my hips

By the reviews I decided to size up, the skirt is HUGE on me! But not only that... I feel this is a plus size fit shaped, cause the skirt was supposed to be waist high, but the butty cut begins just after the waist sewing, like your butt was supposed to begging in the middle of your back!! And I do have a big butt (67cm waist / 104cm hips)! The sewing is also badly finished, the hips cut doesn't hug your hips, it gets loose and baggy-creased over the sides.. Not for the fit or slim girls. And there's more.. I decided to give it a wash and see if it thightens up a little as I couldn't return it for being a "final sale" product; the metalic link just WASHES AWAY on your first wash!!!!! wow! this product was a disappointment after another! But my main concern is that I loved fashion nova for how the clothes fit so good on slim-waist-big-butt girls! I hope this strange fit cut gets fixed, it's not the first time it happens to me. =/
