I needed a red dress for a red dress party and this one was sexy but was still fashionable. I wear a 10/12 and sized up because it was clingy but still draped well, you could get your normal size but then it will be tight- depends how you want to wear it. The strap adjusts like a bra strap. I haven’t tried it with the cowl in the back.
