It has fleece/Sherpa on inside so it adds to the warmth. I got a size medium so it more comfy and could fit over another layer like long sleeve shirt and I could wear over a thin sweatshirt. I am 5’3, 130lbs 34dd-26-38. I also liked medium as it is not as cropped looking. I am either a small or medium in tops so Size down if you want a more tight/fitted look and size up if you want a more comfy fit.
