Receive my costume and didn’t even realize that the gloves were missing and when I put it on it had a whole in it. They are not even trying to work with me because I didn’t report the missing item within two days of receiving the costume. I’m very disappointed. I paid FULL price before it even went on sale and I’m stuck with a damaged item and something missing from my package.

I have been trying ro reach customer service to no avail. I have yet to recieve my package. I am very displeased with this service. I ordered this for halloween and ended up without a costume .
