Hips 49in. Waist 36in. Pant size 15 This thing is SHORT okay. It stretches, and it’s cute but extremely short. I’m not sure what size then plush girl was wear or how but her butt but it didn’t work out wells for me. Waist wise I’d say true to size, length wise it runs small.
