I wore this cute Velma outfit for my Birthday Costume Party and got so many compliments! Very cute, the skirt is very tight in the waist but I was able to wear it higher. Higher a bigger size if you're curvy like me! But the top fit perfect. Comes with everything you need! I bought red biker shorts for under the skirt for a night out.
