Got it for my man and he normally wears a large-medium and it fit him entirely too big. Also the top is a mesh shirt, kinda girly.

The scrub shirt in this costume is actually a very lightweight, see-through mesh material, more like a fishnet than a typical fabric. The scrub pants are baggy but have an adjustable waistband, which helps with the fit. The white lab coat runs extremely large; I ordered the S/M size, but it fits more like a x-large. The stethoscope is also smaller than expected. While the quality of the pants and jacket is decent, the sizing is definitely off and runs big. The mesh shirt, despite the unusual material, does fit better than other pieces. Overall the look can be pulled off, despite the size. Just size down if you’re a small person.
