Obsessed with this adorable sandals

The shoes are absolutely adorable!!! Idk if the band is too wide or if my daughters feet are just narrow. The size 13were too big and the 12 was a good fit length wise but her foot slides to the front almost off the shoe. The band across the top is just there no support at all lol.
