Daughter is 9, wears size 10. She is 53.5 inches tall roughly 4 feet 4 inches tall and the length is perfectly on the floor. The material is stretchy. Very tight on the hips which is fine since the material is stretchy. Removed 2 stars one the seem above the flare is not that comfortable when walking. The other star reduction is related to the packaging, it smells like moth balls, had to air it out for 4 days and still had a strong smell of moth balls.

She got soooooo many compliments on these! She loves them because they’re not tight in the crotch area, roomy with soft feel.
