very cute but sizing is off

I don’t think this is a man’s shirt but that’s the only way this shirt could be an XL. It’s swallowing me and I’m a 40 DD up top. This would be more like a 2X in women’s . I purchased the green . Sucks because I purchased this weeks ago for an ugly Christmas sweater party. I just got it today and the party is this upcoming Saturday . Now, it’s out of stock and this current one won’t work for me .
