Fit me very well. Perfect for my event!

the dress is pretty and great material, thick, but when I bought it, it was meant for an event at a separate time, so i did not try it on and when I did, the zipper kept going down, so i emailed the info@fashionnova email to let them know the zipper was defective and if they could at least compensate me for anything at all, as I knew that the time had passed for returns and I did not even receive a courtesy email back. I had to get the zipper fixed and when i tried to reach fashion nova to no avail, it was very discouraging. I had to pay 15.00 to get the zipper fixed and the dress is now 12.00 when i paid way more than that, and to not receive any response is terrible customer service, I knew my size so there was no need to try it on at the time but even if it was past the no return date if there is a defective product the company should be more customer service driven to account for errors on their part as well. dissapointing...
