For my short girlies for reference im 4’10-11 i wore this dress for my birthday and i had to tuck it up a little bit because i wanted to be on the shorter size which was up to my thigh and it almost hit my knee but i loved the dress none the less and i’m a cup 36D and i was t planning on wearing it with a bra but if you want them a little bit more pushed up i would recommend a strapless bra.
