HOW TO:
First measure the lash to your eye, If the lashes are longer then your eyelid then cut ends off until the lashes match your lids. Second apply eyelash glue to the lash band, allow the glue to become tacky and then apply the lashes to your eye and let the glue dry.

forgot to add
they’re also not as long or as full as they look in the picture so i would just keep that in mind! Still pretty though
