I ordered theses boots since 11/4 never received them i have been emailing fashion nova for over a week and nobody has responded to me and now I see online that my size is sold out. I'm upset because they charged me for them, online it says they were shipped when they weren't and customer service is not communicating with me. I have been a loyal customer for over a year . I also didn't receive a jacket on the same order . so just beware.
