I purchased this dress for my bday outing and it definitely fit the occasion. I felt sexy and received compliments all night. It is a stretchy material, I didn’t have a problem with the top portion, I’m 38B and 200 pds if you need a reference

The dress fit but I didn’t care for how it fit. It’s see through and had zero boob support; I’m a C cup girly. I really hate Fashion Nova’s no refund policy.
