Dress arrived feeling like it was damp
Size Purchased: --38565
Usual Size: --38566
I wanted to love this dress but it fit me weird. Could be that it's because I'm short, 5'2 and maybe I need to have a longer torso. There is no stretch to it and the band is right below the chest area and makes the waist look bigger. Also, when I took the dress out of the bag it felt damp and had a strange smell. I'm 5'2 140lbs 36D chest.
