I ordered this skirt on 08/17 and received it on 08/22, this item was delivered to me quickly ( I did not use expedited shipping). The item looks exactly as pictured. I’m a 5’6, 45.3 kg woman and this fits me well. The dress comes right above my Mid thigh and the material is stretchy (to an extent). I totally would recommend this dress with a white button up top and heels!
