I was skeptical about this dress bc I like my dresses with a little stretch and this outfit fit amazing. You can see my curves in the right places and it does have a little stretch which even hides a little fat in the tummy! As for the top of the dress, for me it fit just a little tight as I am a 36 C/D but it looked better once I tried it on with a sticky bra. If you are smaller in the chest, I do agree that it might fit you a bit loose but nothing a great bra or sticky bra can't fix<3
