Big and small at the same time

Usual Size: M-L

Color: Black/combo

Now this sweater top is super cute. My issue is the sleeves fit tight. But the shoulder area is so big. So in a way it should be worn off shoulder more than on them. If you have thick arms I don't know what to say about what size to order but it's so cute
