I love the skirt, but I have a problem

Usual Size: L
I am 59 180 pounds but the skirt is absolutely beautiful however I got it with a lot of mildew or maybe it’s mold I’m not sure but it looks like it. This item, I cannot return nor get a refund and I’m very upset about it
