5’7- 180pounds got an XL went up a size for comfort. Still fit me snug , i imagine a L would’ve maybe been too tight so I’m glad I went up a size. They do have a little stretch. The front seaming gave me a camel toe no matter how I adjusted , maybe bc they are low cut waisted.
