the compression part of this shaper is great, but it rolls down so much it literally starts to create bumps when its supposed to smooth em out :( i wear a size 13 jeans, 5'1 180lbs..i ordered a L. i was really looking for something to hide my csection pooch under a dress i was wearing to a wedding...this disappointed me so much. it was impossible to keep from rolling and created a very visible lump under the dress. it only went up a lil passed my belly button i guess maybe i should have sized up
