Tight and uncomfortable

I like tight clothes. This is TOO tight in the legs and too roomy in the waist, so it doesn’t sit flush against my back, giving the appearance of a thicker waist! It’s not for girls with curves. I’m 33-28-42. Should’ve sized up one or even two
