I really listened to reviews when making this purchase which that it was true to size, and once I received my order, this is more a better fit for taller girls! The jean does fit around the waist good, but it is very loose and baggy in the legs and a good chunk of the jean is dragging across the ground even when wearing shoes. But I don’t suggest this for short girls, 5’3 and down. It is very nice pair of jeans though.
