Very short, would get a size up

Okay so, to start, YES this skirt is VERY SHORT if you wear it high-waisted. I have 48" hips and the bottom of my ass is 100% peaking out the bottom. That, however, is not why I rated this so poorly. The rating is over the fact that it's dry clean only. I have extremely sensitive skin and am allergic to dry cleaning chemicals, so I washed it anyway because I HAVE to wash clothes before I can wear them. About 90% of the reflective coating came off, which unfortunately makes it not as cute. Still cute! just not as. It came out of the dryer just fine, didn't shrink or anything, but I dried on medium heat and eco dry because I didn't want to risk it.
