Right out of the bag it looked amazing. Within seconds the disgusting smell took over my excitement. The smell of the sweater reminded me of an old moldy sponge but the smell was so strong it engulfed my entire room. I figured it’s so cute, I’m just gonna wash it and it will be fine. This was not the case. The tag said to wash in cold water. I did. The smell was still there and stronger than ever. I washed it a second time with more laundry detergent and it seemed to smell ok so I placed it in the dryer on delicate as the tag indicated. When it came out of the drier I was in shock. The color from the black stripes had bled all over the cream color and now that beautiful cream color is an off white/gray. And the worst part is the fur or whatever material this is made from shed all over. Like all over the sweater. The black fur is on the white and the white fur is on the black. I tried using one of those lint machines with no luck. I ordered one of those hand held metal fur removers you see people use on carpets and couches on Tik tok. That did not work. I even tried lint rollers and the sweater still looks a mess. Wish I could return. Now it’s just sitting in my closet and I have no use for it. Such a disappointment. It was a beautiful sweater!

I thought about sending this sweater back bc it runs so big, but it is so cozy and stylish I can't stay out of it. so it's a keeper.
