First, this is very, very pretty with nice material and pretty rhinestones. I did cut out the little piece of nude fabric. That said I usually order a medium and swimsuits because I don't like them extremely tight and they usually run small. For a reference, I am 5'3" And about 110 pounds and a 34D chest. Now I am a Shorty and this swimsuit was so tight lengthwise . At 5'3" I would definitely need a large to feel more comfortable. If you are tall, I don't think this will work for you.
