I usually order Meduims in most everything but I have a 38C Breast so I Order a large in tops most of tge time my waist is around 28 to 29 . I like the shirt but I am not thrilled about it. It is 3/4 length in tge sleeves. Which I like but the Elastic band on the bottom of the shirt you have to keep pulling down every second also the button on the bottom were the elastic is keeps comming undone by itself. Which they both drive me crazy but the material is nice for hot weather. Just do not like pulling it down constantly. If you don't mind keep pulling your shirt down every second then its fine. I would also say it runs true to size
