I love these jeans! That dirty wash is reminiscent of what cowboys wore in the old West, and lends that dynamic to a denim shirt and some cowboy boots. Super cool on me, a woman. Not sure if the looks are actually dirty, but more like". . . hmm." They do run bit large - I could have sized down one size, but I still love them.
