This dress is not short girl friendly BUT it’s a great dress. I’m 4’11 and it was super long on me so I had it altered/hemmed. After that it was perfect. It’s really comfy and the blue is beautiful in person. I put that it’s true to size but I honestly feel like with the stretch I could’ve went down to a small, I’m 155lbs.
