Usually I wear a size 9. The size 9 just barely fit, but the size 10 fit much better! I would recommend you go up a whole size or half size than your typical shoe size. I have a medium to slightly larger than medium width foot, so I had to really push my foot forward to stay in the size 9 due to it being snug. Didn't need to do that in the size 10. Hope this helps!
