It runs small and it wasn’t a Maxi on me! I’m 5’9 and normally wear an xl! This is just not it. I don’t even want to return it. It’s going in the trash

I ordered this dress in a 1X, they sent me a XL. Customer Services assistance with getting this resolved has been very poor. Not sure how the dress runs because the didn’t send me my size. They will not exchange it for the correct six that I ordered. the want me to purchase a label for a refund and repurchase the dress. well that means I’m spending more money for the new dress than I did for the wrong sized dress. ant speak with anyone in the phone. This has been a horrible experience.
