I am 5'4", approx 135 lbs. I ordered a medium and they fit perfectly. I prefer a baggier fit when I wear joggers, so I opted for the Medium. If I wanted a more snug fit, one size down would've fit just as fine. These pants are very comfortable and light, they look well made, nice soft material, but have that little bit of noise that windbreaker material usually makes.
