I bought the matching top and skirt to wear as a set. There is no stretch what so ever in the skirt, or the top of you buy it. I wear a size 18 in pants and a XL or L in tops. I ordered a 2x in the skirt and top just to be safe. Usually I wear an XL if there’s stretch, and a 1x for no stretch. However, since the skirt is so short I got a 2x to be safe and it hit right under my butt barely. The waist is big but it’s fine.
