cute wish it fit weird almost fit just zipper in back was tight

at first glance I thought this was a set but it’s a dress. the top vest does unbutton but the waist has no stretch I would recommend going up one size. I’m 4’11 the dress wasn’t long so I’m guessing it will fit short on someone tall. the only problem I had was it came in the mail extremely wrinkled fashion nova usually does a great job about keeping clothes wrinkle free and packaged well but this one was extremely wrinkled I will have to steam it out other then that it’s very pretty looks exactly like the picture.
