I was shopping for a statement dress and after checking the major department store for an IT dress in an XL, I found all the wonderful dresses on Fashion Nova. I bought the dress larger than normal due to previous issues with sizing when shopping online but, WOW. The dress fits great (even with the custom tailoring because of the larger size) and the material is stiffer (for those who generally wear bodycon dresses) but it's necessary for the bow (which you can support by pinning the bow to your strapless bra for support). The material is breathable and similar to the poly satin material used in bridal wear (but slightly thicker). All heads will turn when you walk in. If you're looking to drop it down low, no, this isn't the dress for that, but you can definitely move and dance in it. It's my favorite dress in my Spring collection right now.
