Run too small

Okay these jeans have a lot of stretch but the sizing is waaayyy off! I’m usually a 7 but I went i size up to be on the safe side....right out of the package I knew they were too small and THEY WERE. Even with all the stretch, they didn’t fit. The material of these shorts are super cheap. I’m giving these to my skinny 12 year old niece!
