Please check your email for any order notifications of items going out of stock while your order was being processed. This is typically the reason for items being missing from an order.

If the item was out of stock, you can expect the full amount of the order to be refunded back to the original form of payment used to place the order within 7-10 business days.

If items are missing from your order, please report missing items within 14 days of your package delivery date. Please provide a clear photo of your packing slip (located inside your package).
