While it sounds strange, sometimes CARRIER will mark a package as “Delivered” when it actually hasn’t been. This could happen when your mailroom was not accessible, a driver missed you on their delivery route or a variety of other situations where they’ll simply deliver it to you the following day.
If you still do not receive your order after the 2 day waiting period, please take the same steps to reach out to us again and we will get in touch with FedEx for you.
