What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Fashion Nova gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

Please note: Please ensure to package each order separately. If multiple orders are returned inside a single return package, your return will require additional time to process. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.

How do I return something from Canada?

You can submit a return through our Returns Portal. Canadian customers must find a carrier to send your return back to Fashion Nova.

What shipping methods do you offer to Canada?

We currently offer Canada Standard and Canada Express shipping for Canadian customers. Canada Standard shipping is CAD $11 for orders CAD $100 and under and free for orders over CAD $100 while International Express shipping is CAD $28 for all Canada orders.

Yes! As of 4/10/23, we offer Zip to our Canadian customers.
