Love this dress. As others have mentioned, you can size down with this. I have a 27 inch waist and the x-small fits well. Also, it might run a little short in the front. I’m 5’4” and the front part of the dress is a little below my knees, but the back touches the floor. The blue is also a little darker and definitely brighter!

The dress is VERY short in front and the top part is too tight.
