I'm 5.4 and 175lbs and my measurements are 35W, 45H and 41B and the XL fit me loose. I will need to add some elastic to the back of the top. At the base so it will hold better. I probably would have fit better in the large for this one. It is also quite long too. All quick alterations for me. But it is a nice soft casual jumpsuit.
