True to size

I bought these for my great nieces (flower girls) to wear the day of my wedding to walk around and lounge in before they get all dolled up. I ordered a size up because the wedding is 6 months away and if you have kids you know they can have a growth spurt at anytime. I tried them on my one niece and she loves them. They were a little big but that was my intention. She wanted to wear them all day. They are great quality for the price.
