I normally wear a small/medium but after reading the reviews I sized down and have no regrets. 5’2 135lbs 32C for reference

Runs large so this top had room and perfect flounce on me. For reference 5'5 34DD-25-35, I purchased a xsmall and it has room. Fits a bit slouchy I'd say runs a petite Medium. Looks exactly like the photo, classy gies with a royal blue bandage skirt I bought with it. Great price can wear to office or casual. If your regular size is a Medium/Large you can get the xs.
