Pants are long on shorts girls. Tight around thighs

I got so many compliments on these pants! I ordered my size in the white and a size bigger in the black just to see which fit better and the bigger ones were huge. for reference im about 5’8 and 150 lbs. Big butt, small waist. The large fit me perfect! They also weren’t super long but they fit perfect.
