the quality of the fabric is as if it were a costume is beautiful but I did not like the fabric

I can’t put it on, once I tried it,1 hole metal just break, I just got it today. Once i open it first word I say is wow. I love the quality .. it’s just that I wish it’s stretchable. I didn’t even wear it. I am Asian and I usually get XS size since I’m to tiny and Once I get here in US small size for me is to big so in clothes I get XS but this one is to small. Its hard to put it on. Now I dont know what to do how am I gonna wear it.
