wide from thighs small hip

i usually go for what the reviews say, fashion nova clothes are coming in a little smaller now these pants are heavy material they are wide from the bottom, have a ALRIGHT amount of stretch but the waist is small so if you have stomach like me itll fit alittle tight. i love the material tho it doesnt look bad but i would not size down.
