Runs Big

I got the shorts and jacket, thinking about getting the pants. I truly believe this whole set runs big. I was able to size down in the shorts. I ordered my normal size in the jacket and it's too big. I need an extra small. I had broad shoulders, little to no boobs, slim with curves and the jacket is not fitted at all. I have to get it altered since they don't have an extra small in stock. For reference I am 5'5 145 pounds, slim with curves.
