hmmm I don't see my original review so i am going to write it again. I'm 5'3 127-129 lbs i normally get a 3 in FN jeans but i wasn't sure about these so I got a 3 and 5. They both fit. the 3 was more fitting but the 5 gave me that extra tummy room but both looked great. After seeing the pic on the model my plan was to wear like a white biker short under them because i didn't want my rear end exposed, but it turned out i didn't need to do that because the rump part on mine was not all out like in the pic the jean part hit right beneath the rump which is good because i don't want my ass out lol. The only negative thing i have is about getting them on, it was a little difficult so to make it easier I used my hand as a guide and put it all the way through the jean to the ankle part then guided my foot in pulling the pants up that way. Although it was a little annoying to have to work that hard, it was worth it because once they are on they are great. hope this helps. So, I would say get your regular size or size up if you have curves.
